If the purchased product does not fit you in size, does not meet your expectations, or is found to be defective, you can use the exchange/return service.

You can exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, excluding the day of receipt.

According to Ukrainian legislation, the following items are non-returnable:

• Underwear;
• Hosiery products.

Returns are accepted only for goods of proper quality, provided their consumer properties and appearance are preserved: no signs of use, original and undamaged packaging, and tags must be intact.

A manager will coordinate all the details of the exchange/return with you and send you the information for sending the product that did not suit you.

To receive a refund, you need to fill out an application form, which the manager will send to your email after all return details are agreed upon.

When filling out the application, you must provide your personal IBAN account number and your tax identification number (TIN). The IBAN account number is an international account number that can be found in your card details. It starts with UA followed by 27 characters.

We will transfer the money to you as soon as possible after receiving your package. The refund period is no more than 30 days from the date the returned goods arrive at the warehouse (part 4, article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law).
